Multi-Metal Safe Cleaners and Degreasers
B01-01 General Purpose Foam Cleaner - All surfaces. Safe on aluminum.
B03-01 Medium Duty Alkaline Foam Cleaner - Safe on aluminum surfaces in dilutions of 10% or less.

General Purpose Cleaners and Degreasers
B04-01 Heavy Duty Caustic Foam Cleaner - Excellent for meat & poultry. Rinse before product dries. Ideal application is with the HelioJET 1000 or CPS Hot Foamers. Foam can then be rinsed with pressurized hot water using a 1500 or Central Cleaning System. He-Chem™ B06-01 may be added for chlorination.
B11-01 Heavy Duty Alkaline Cleaner - Carbon remover, ideal for smoke houses. Wear protective gear.

Chlorinated Cleaners
B06-01 Heavy Duty Alkaline Cleaner - Excellent for meat and poultry. Designed to be mixed with other products such as B04-01. Shelf life: one year.
B04-02 Heavy Duty Alkaline Foam Cleaner - Excellent for meat & poultry. Shelf life six months.

Acid Parts Cleaner/Descaler
A168-01 Heavy Duty Acid Cleaner - Ideal for cleaning metal parts. Removes calcium and other mineral deposits from metal surfaces.

Lubricants
LW11-01 Chain Lubricant - Bottling Conveyor Lubricant. Incidental contact.
LW09-01 Conveyor Lubricant - Must be thoroughly removed from equipment before edible products make contact.



Paper Industry Applications

Paper Stock Treatment
P03 Cationic Polymer Compound - P03 is very effective in the control of stickies (stickies pacification). This product is typically injected into the stock at the stock transfer pump.

Press Roll Cleaner
P04 Cationic Polymer Compound - P04 is effective for coating rolls in order to prevent sticking, especially when dealing with stickies. Apply with a mist shower to the troubled press roll, or dribble on, forming a puddle at the doctor blade.

Forming Fabric Treatment - Continuous Coating
P01 Forming Fabric Polymer Coating - Low molecular weight, high charge density cationic polymine solution. Used to repel stickies and other contaminants from forming fabrics. Apply at .5 – 3 ML per minute per foot of wire width. Works best when stock pH is between 3-6.
P02 Forming Fabric Polymer Coating - Works best when stock pH is between 6-10. This is an up-dated version, ideal for alkaline mills.

Forming Fabric Treatment - Batch Wash
A320-01 Acid Cleaner - May be applied to the forming fabric for down time batch washing.
